Client Satisfaction

I was BEYOND thrilled with the work that you did for me from start to finish. There were many different levels to build on and every measurement was perfect. The installation was amazing to watch as you put all the pieces together like a perfect puzzle. Every part of the process was exactly on time and professional. The finished product is truly a work of art and shows how much pride you take in your work. Working with you was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. You have a work ethic that is not easy to come by any more.

“No one in Vermont handles metalwork like Lou Nop. He can build a bridge or reinforce an aging building, but in his heart he’s an artist, and no matter what he’s doing his creativity flows into the work. The free-standing marquee he’s constructed for our theater will be the pride of downtown Middlebury for many years to come. He’s also a warm and engaging person, a delight to work with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.”

Hall Theater, Middlebury (VT)

I am writing this letter to pass on a recommendation for a company that has provided outstanding service. Lou Nop has performed some very delicate dismantling of a large concrete building that was attached to a 100-plus year old structure, without incident. Lou worked very close with shoring engineered drawings, and assisted in the installation of shoring. Lou paid very close attention to details and safety throughout the entire process. Nop’s Metalworks Inc., consistently met or exceeded all expectations and schedules on the project.
In short, I would highly recommend Nop’s Metalworks for any demolition task requiring attention to detail, safety, schedule, and personal touch. I look forward to continuing our working relationship with Nop’s, and would encourage others to utilize their services as well.
Sincerely,

Mark Tighe

RE: 2011 Vermont Flower Show

Dear Lou,

The dust has finally settled from the 2011 Flower Show and the growing season is upon us! On behalf of Green Works- The Vermont Nursery and Landscape Association Board of Directors and I would like to extend our gratitude and thanks for your contribution to this year’s show. Your extraordinary efforts as a member of the central display committee and your metal creations truly helped forge a masterpiece. I recognize the time money and effort you spent in creating your metal “art” pieces and we are so very grateful.

I also want to say a HUGE thank you for all of your help with the show aftermath and clean up. Your efforts were really above and beyond and so very appreciated.
Your work, dedication and support this year was paramount to the success of the show and we truly could not put on this show without people such as yourself.

Please feel free to use any photos from the show for your own marketing purposes, and if you ever need a reference please do not hesitate to ask us.
This year’s show proved to be a great success with some 8,000 people attending. The heart and soul of our show continues to be the wonderful group of volunteers who come together, donate time and materials, work endless hours to create a true showcase of horticulture that we can inspire the public with. Now we can also say we survived a blizzard!

The collaboration of this year’s show was amazing in every way and really speaks to what a group of people can do together. It remains the true foundation of the Vermont Flower Show. Please know how valuable your time and effort was in creating and implementing the flower show and how grateful we are for everything you did.

Thank you and Happy Spring.

Warmest Regards,

Kristina MacKulin, VNLA Executive Secretary/Flower Show Chair
